Welcome to the Thomaston Cafe, located in historic Mid-Coast Maine in Thomaston. A casual, family-friendly atmosphere and tasty, carefully prepared food make the Thomaston Cafe a special stop, every time!

Our varied menu includes homemade soups and chowders; vegetarian specials; home-baked pastries and desserts; fresh Maine Crabcakes, Haddock Chowder, Marinated Grilled Quail, Lobster Ravioli, Roasted Rack of Lamb, fresh seafood, local, natural and organic products.

Serving a menu of wholesome foods for healthy appetites, we use ingredients supplied by local small farms and businesses, including produce, seafood, eggs, and vegetables. We also carry a fine selection of beer, wine, cocktails and fresh-brewed espresso and cappuccino. Look around when you're here — Maine artists exhibit their work at our cafe.

We are recommended by Fodor's New England Guide, Explorer's Guide to Maine, Insider's Guide to Maine's Mid-Coast Maine Handbook and AAA.
