Driving north from Portland, take Interstate 95 to exit 28 to Brunswick. Follow the signs to coastal U.S. Route 1 north. Take coastal U.S. Route 1 north to Thomaston.

Driving east from Augusta, take Route 17 east. Turn right onto Route 90 east. Take 90 until it ends at U.S. Route 1. Turn left to take Route 1 north to Thomaston.

Driving south from Bangor take U.S. Route 1A South to U.S. Route 1. Take Route 1 south to Thomaston.

Driving south from Bar Harbor, take U.S. Route 1 south to Thomaston.

Flying Directions:
Direct scheduled commuter service on Continental Connection is available daily from Boston and Bar Harbor to Rockland. (Flights land at County Regional Airport in Owls Head). Other major airlines fly into Portland and Bangor airports. Taxi, limo, van service and rental cars are available from all three airports.
